MY STORY

I’ve been married to Scott for over 34 years. We are the proud parent of 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Our 4 sons and daughter are located in the states of New York, Iowa, Texas and Minnesota. My husband relocated our family from Iowa in 2006, When he was transferred with his job and  Scott is a part owner of United Prairie Insurance. I have my Associates Degree in Nursing for over 25 years, with my specialty in critical care nursing and pediatric care. I received my Real Estate License from Minnesota Realty School November 2018. I have been a full realtor since then. I feel my background in Nursing has helped me serve my buyers and sellers with the communication skills, nurturing, motivation and energy I possessed as a nurse.

My husband and I are residents of Faribault and live and enjoy our life on Roberds Lake. With the past 5 full years of Real Estate I have sold over 150 homes from the Lake Minnetonka Area all the way down to the Iowa border ranging from the price point of $26,000-$1,500,000 – Each and every home I list or sell,  I treat as a Million Dollar property!

My past and present Community Service that I have proudly been involved in: Booster Club for over 8 years, serving in different capacities from secretary, treasurer to President. I began the Treat for Troops program in our home town in Iowa when my son was serving overseas with the Army.  Our family sponsored a 5 year old child from Iraq in our home, along with his father for 4 months, for a life saving heart procedure. I used my drive, determination and energy to have Senator Grassley and 63 Chapters of Rotary in Iowa to assist with this endeavor. I organized a benefit to help send a 29 year old singe mother of two little girls – dying of Ovarian Cancer, on a memorable trip to Disney World.

I am a current member of the Faribault Rotary Club, The Faribault Chamber of Commerence Economic Development Group, the Roberds Lake Club, Ruth’s House and Grace Church in Eden Prairie. BUT my most favorite times are those spent with my family😊
